I have been running this BnB for 14 years. Linda joined me a 11 years ago, and we are enjoying the BnB experience from the owner perspective. We hope you enjoy what we have to offer.
We are a licensed BnB in Seneca County in the heart of the Finger Lakes. What does this mean? First when you read a review about us, it is not coerced or manipulated. Like some "Fare" or "Rare" or "Dare" BnB's, we do not write reviews about our guests! There is no tit for tat to the reviewing system.
Second, our BnB is inspected and expected to meet all standards of Seneca County. And we do. We have a safe and clean establishment, and there is more.
Depending on Covid circumstances and guest arrangements, breakfast may be full or a continental. It is served between 8:30 and 9:30 am in the dining room which offers a wonderful view of Seneca Lake. During the summer, outside seating for breakfast is enjoyed, depending on the weather.
The large, dynamic lounge area overlooking the lake is for our Guests' pleasure, also. The grounds of Paradise are landscaped with various flowers and plantings with many private seating areas. There are trails nearby for cross country skiing, hiking, bird watching, or just viewing nature for year-round activities.

All rooms have a queen-size bed with double occupancy, air conditioning, hair dryer, Wi-Fi. Each room also has an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.
