POLICIES: Starting on the right track
- There is actually a slow train that runs once a day by the place. So, be alert. Also, we ask that you travel at 10 mph when passing houses.
- Minimum age requirement for guests is 17 years of age
- We are a no smoking facility, both inside and outside.
- Guests are not allowed to have pets on the premises or bring them here.
- A two consecutive night minimum is required throughout the week.
- All reservations require 100% deposit within 30 days of stay.
- Cancellations must be made 1 week prior to reservation date. Our policy also applies to early departures (shortened reservations).
- No-shows will be charged for the entire amount of the stay.
- Check-in is between 4:00pm and before 6:00 pm. If you plan to be earlier than 4:00 or later than 6:00, please inform us in advance by calling 585-315-2750, Garey.
- Check out is 11:00 am.
- All reservations must be made through Garey at 585-315-2750.
